Same Day Shipping:
ToolHawker.com's service is second to none. If you place an order by 2PM EST. we will process that order and have it shipped out to you that very same day.  If this is an urgent order, it never hurts to shoot us an additional email to confirm that your order will ship.  

95% Order Fill Ratio:
We stock the tool & equipment we advertise ready for immediate delivery. Plus we offer no-hassle special orders. If we don't stock it, we will get it for you.  Orders arrive to 90% of the continental US in 1 or 2 days and 100% of the US in 3 days.

Free Freight:
We Ship free freight on any order over $525 that we ship via standard UPS Ground, and on any order over $1200 that ships by TRUCK to a destination within the 48 continental states.

Orders that will be shipped UPS Ground, but are classified as "Oversize or Overweight" are subject to normal shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping.

Orders that require Truck Freight shipping, due to exceeding UPS's size or weight restrictions, and total less than $1200, are subject to Truck Freight shipping charges. Because of fluctuations in fuel and freight costs, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to provide exact shipping fees upon receipt of your order and charge your account accordingly. Additional charges may apply on Truck Shipments requiring Lift Gate Service or Residential Delivery Service.

Returns:
ToolHawker.com™ guarantees your satisfaction on every order placed with us. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us together with a copy of your invoice, shipping charges prepaid, for an exchange or for a full refund or credit of your purchase price. There is no restocking charge! Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. To request a return authorization, please call our Customer Care department or send an email to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.

Shipping Modes:  We ship via Truck and UPS.  We are not able to ship via FedEx.
