The CONCERTINA 10 shot dye cartridge and injector are designed to add precise amounts of UV dye via the low side port. The cartridges work best at lower system pressures but will safely operate at up to a maximum recommended pressure of 6 bar or 90 psi. The dye cartridge is fitted with an externally threaded non return valve. It is not refillable. The 4 locating tabs on the cap ensure the cartridge fits snugly in the injector. The liquid content is forced into the system by the application of pressure using the special injector tool. The Injector Tool is made up from the following elements • Injector hose with anti-blowback fittings at both ends • Injector body in clear polycarbonate with a graduated scale • Drive assembly.
