Freight
FOB from our distribution centers
Freight Prepaid (Free Freight 48)
We pay freight charges on any order over $525
that we ship via standard UPS Ground, and on any order over $1200
that ships by TRUCK to a destination within the 48 continental states.
Orders that will be shipped UPS Ground, but are classified as "Oversize or Overweight" are subject to normal
shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders that require Truck Freight shipping, due to exceeding UPS's size
or weight restrictions, and total less than $1200,
are subject to Truck Freight shipping charges. Because of fluctuations in fuel and freight costs, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to provide exact shipping fees upon receipt of your order and charge your account accordingly.
Oversize Shipment
Oversize/Overweight items are subject to a $19.95
freight charge per UPS Oversize/Overweight item policies.
Leasing
Competitive Leasing Plans are available for tool and equipment purchases totaling $1,000 or more. The advantages of leasing makes good sense for your shop owners, as the equipment pays for itself by bringing in jobs or by keeping jobs from driving out the door. Keep the leasing option in mind the next time you need equipment to keep the business rolling in.
How to Order
Ordering Online Using Our Secure Shopping Cart
At ToolHawker.com™ we offer an easy-to-use, secure online "shopping cart" ordering experience.
You can browse for products by clicking on 'Products' at the top of the page, then 'Categories' or 'Manufacturers' links will appear. Products will display sorted in alphabetical order.
You may also search for an item by entering part of the name, manufacturer, part number or a short description of the item in the 'Search' box. [Hint: If you enter a description, start with a simple keyword, such as pliers or wrench, to display the widest selection of products that meet your requirements.]
When you see something that you would like to buy just click 'Add to Cart'. Then just continue browsing.
You can check the total for your order instantly by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. This will show all items that you have selected and added to your cart. Each item will display the manufacturer, product name, product number (SKU) quantity, price each, and total price by item as well as the order sub-total. You can also change quantities by overwriting the current quantiy and clicking the 'Update' link.
To complete your order once you have finished selecting and adding products to your cart, just click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the 'Shopping Cart' page. This will start the checkout process where you will enter billing and shipping information, and payment method. We will automatically send an order confirmation to you at the email address that you provide, and your order will be processed for same day shipping if received by 2PM. Orders received after 2PM will be shipped the next business day.

Product Warranty
Every product sold by ToolHawker.com™ is brand new and is sold backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. The product warranty for each manufacturer varies. Some manufacturer's warranties may differ by product type (i.e. - hand tools, air tools, electric tools, service equipment). We will replace or repair any product sold by us which proves to be defective according to the stated manufacturer's warranty. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs,
both to and from ToolHawker.com™, which are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy. Alternatively, you may return a defective product directly to the manufacturer or to it's authorized repair station for repair or replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information literature.
Satisfaction Guarantee - E-Z-Returns
ToolHawker.com™ guarantees your satisfaction on every order placed with us. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us together with a copy of your invoice, shipping charges prepaid, for an exchange or for a full refund or credit of your purchase price. There is no restocking charge! Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. To request a return authorization, please call our Customer Care department or send an email to us.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.
